A spreadsheet does not process payment. Confirm the current item total, fees, currency conversion, recipient, refund terms and account security on the external platform before authorizing a charge.

Reconstruct the total

Separate item price, domestic delivery, service charge, payment fee, currency conversion and later international shipping. Do not compare a row’s item price with another service’s checkout total as if they are equivalent.

Confirm the destination

Use the URL you intentionally opened and inspect the domain before entering personal or payment details. Do not follow a payment instruction that moves unexpectedly to a person, wallet or unrelated domain.

Read refund timing

A canceled seller order, warehouse return, balance credit and card refund are different states. Check the live service’s terms and record deadlines before approving QC or parcel submission.

Protect the account

Use a unique password, multi-factor authentication when offered and a payment method with controls appropriate to your risk. This site does not collect account or payment information.

Preserve evidence

Keep the order number, selected variant, itemized total, policy version and messages needed to explain a dispute. Screenshots help document a moment but do not override current terms.
