How to Use a GTBuy Spreadsheet

Use a GTBuy spreadsheet as an index: shortlist a row, verify its live destination, compare the exact variant and measurements, assess visible QC evidence, then record unresolved questions before payment.

1. Read the column headers

Do not assume every sheet uses the same fields. Locate category, URL, variant, measurement, image, reference price and check-date columns. If a key field is absent, write that down instead of filling the gap from another item.

2. Open one candidate at a time

Keep the row visible while opening the external page. Confirm the title, category and images still describe the same type of item. A redirect to an unrelated product is a failed match even when the page returns 200.

3. Match the selected option

Check color, size, model, batch or other selectable options. The default option on a live page may not be the option described by the spreadsheet row, and different options may have different prices.

4. Separate visible and unverified facts

Photos may show shape, color, labels, measurements and visible defects. They cannot establish hidden materials, comfort, durability or seller performance. Put those uncertainties beside the visible observations.

5. Re-check at the decision point

Repeat the live-page check immediately before payment and again when warehouse or parcel information changes. Screenshots and spreadsheet cells are historical evidence, not live promises.
