GTBuy First Order Checklist

Before a first order, verify identity, variant, measurements, visible evidence, current total, payment destination, return window and parcel assumptions as separate checks.

Identity check

Write down the product type, source page, selected option and date. Compare the spreadsheet label with the live destination. Stop if the destination is unrelated, the option is ambiguous or the page asks for unexpected credentials.

Fit and variant check

Use measurements, not familiar size letters alone. For paired goods, confirm both sides are visible. For colorways or models, match text labels as well as images because lighting can distort color.

Money check

Confirm currency, item price, domestic shipping, service fees, payment fees and any exchange-rate treatment on the external checkout. A spreadsheet price is not a final total.

QC decision

List what the provided images show, what is obscured and what extra angle or measurement would resolve the decision. Do not convert a visual impression into an authenticity or durability claim.

Parcel decision

Wait for actual packed weight and dimensions when possible. Review available routes, restrictions, insurance wording, declaration rules and return deadlines on the live service.

Stop conditions

Pause when the live page and row differ, the payment destination is unclear, key measurements are missing, a return deadline is close or a shipping route is unavailable. Delay is cheaper than guessing.

Working checklist

• Record the live page and date.
• Confirm exact variant and size.
• Compare measurements with an owned item.
• Review visible QC evidence and gaps.
• Confirm the live total and payment recipient.
• Check return timing before approval.
• Use packed data for shipping decisions.
